It can make cuts up to 12” at 90° and 8-1/2” at 45°, and can connect directly to a Makita vacuum cleaner for a cleaner workspace. The saw’s powerful direct drive motor requires less maintenance and the LED job light casts a shadow of the saw blade onto the workpiece, providing an exact cutting line. The saw features a slide style sub fence on the left side for more stable cutting of wide pieces, a soft start feature for smooth start-ups and an electric brake for increased productivity and operator protection. It comes with a carrying handle for easy transportation to the jobsite.
