Pit Boss vertical LP gas smokers are one of a kind. Our dual valve burner system has one 3, 500 BTU stainless steel burner dedicated to the wood chips & a 10, 000 BTU burner for cabinet temperature. Both valves are controlled by a single control knob & allow for temperature control of 100 350 Degree. push-button piezo ignition makes for quick & easy lighting. Our 3 series vertical smoker offers four porcelain coated cooking racks, 884 sq. in cooking area, or 3.5 cu' smoking space. Large high temp glass viewing window & fully sealed high temp door seal.
