The DELTA-MS Air and Moisture Barrier is a dimpled membrane made from high-density polyethylene (HDPE). It features a virgin HDPE layer on the outside and a core of recycled HDPE on the inside, making it highly durable. The dimpled pattern creates an air gap between the membrane and the foundation wall, allowing water to flow into the footing drain and preventing moisture from reaching the foundation wall. This waterproof sheet ensures your foundation remains protected and dry from water and vapour by bridging foundation cracks and deflecting soil moisture. It functions even if the foundation shifts or cracks, ensuring a moisture-free foundation.
