Wall primer is a water based formula, suitable for use with water. This primer is perfect to use on both indoor and outdoor areas, where it gives outstanding appearance with low-odor. The primer gives you an attractive finish, without compromising any blocks, seal stains, graffiti and tannin bleed. This primer comes in a liquid form container. The quantity of primer in the container covers maximum area of your priming surface and makes it dry very quickly. The primer withstands temperature of 40 - 90 deg F.
