The Broil King Baron™ S 490 Pro IR features a powerful 10,000 BTU infrared side burner providing incredible searing power to sear the perfect steak and chops and a 15,000 BTU rear rotisserie burner – the ultimate method for slow roasting poultry and large roasts. This grill is finished with durable stainless steel drop-down side shelves, enclosed cabinet with stainless steel doors and heavy duty locking swivel casters that provide enhanced mobility and lock to keep the grill in place in your patio or deck.
