Ground water, wet soil or moisture poses no threat to our Bigfoot tubes BFT12 benefits: resistant to moisture, before and after pouring. eliminates "friction frost heaving" in colder climates. Can be installed and completely backfilled, then filled with concrete at another time. It's tough enough to handle job site and shipping abuse. These flexible units are molded from partially recycled HDPE plastic. The diameter remains uniform. Easily cut with common power tools. Works well for underwater dock piers. Finished pier will be round, smooth, and of architectural grade. Is immune to adverse weather conditions and all moisture including ground water.
