The smooth 70° elbows are a thing of beauty and a testament to the true engineering behind this system. The 70° angle is perfect for most buildings. The elbows are conical and come with a male and a female end. They fit perfectly every time overlapping 2" as all other downspout products. Two (2) 70° elbows together, gives you approximately 7.5" of offset. The double seam is turned outside-in halfway through the elbow. This makes the fit to elbows, outlets, and downspouts extremely snug. There is no need for caulking or putting any rivets or screws into the elbows. This keeps the inside of the elbows and system completely smooth. Water and debris can flow freely.
