The SpaceSaver® electric tankless water heater is designed for areas with limited room, such as small offices, bathrooms, garages, wet bars and cottages. This on-demand, instantaneous water heater operates at 18,000 W/240 V and is not intended for whole-home use. It provides 2 gallons per minute at a 70-degree temperature increase and requires a dedicated 100 AMP breaker with 8-gauge electrical wire. It can be positioned vertically or horizontally and includes 3/4” NPT water connections with 1/2” NPT reducers included. Additional features include power-sharing technology to minimise scale deposits, an internal air bypass to avoid element failure due to dry-fire and easy temperature adjustments with clearly displayed error codes. This point-of-use water heater is perfect for providing instant hot water in compact areas, making it a versatile water heating solution.
