Designer Cathy McGill has enjoyed expressing her creativity through her work on window treatments and bathrooms, but kitchens are her main expertise. She loves going on a journey with the customer, taking them through the process and helping them design their dream kitchen. Seeing them delighted with the final product is always the icing on the cake.

Cathy has even taken her passion for design beyond single family homes and has participated in major restoration projects in the historic Saint John uptown area. She took great care to retain some aspects of the classic look, while still modernizing the space to make a cohesive whole.

Working with her hands is what Cathy loves to do both at home and at work. She remarks, “I tend, in my personal life, to try and be as creative as I am in my professional life.”
