Fire barrier sealant comes in 20 fl-oz sausage container that covers 350 - 500 Sq. ft area. This water based sealant is composed of calcium carbonate, polymer, acrylic emulsion, mineral spirits, water, ethylene glycol, plasticizer, titanium dioxide, surfactant and ethyl hydroxyethyl cellulose. This paste form sealant comes with less than 250 gal/L VOC. Multi-viscosity grade provides better sealant properties. It is easy to install, cleanup and disposal.
