- Before your delivery
To request a cancellation of your major appliance purchase please contact a Kent store a minimum of 48 hrs before your delivery. Reimbursement will be made according to the original method of payment. A 25% restocking fee may apply.
- After your delivery
After the delivery of your appliances, except in the case of damage or defect, you must contact your closest Kent store in order to initiate a return request within 30 days of the delivery to return the appliance(s) and obtain a refund according to the original method of payment less any delivery fees.
In all cases, the appliances must be returned in their original condition, without defect or scratches, with the original documentation (guides, instruction booklets, etc.), in acceptable sanitary conditions, and they must be accompanied by the original sales receipt. Exchanges and returns can only be made at a Kent store. A 25% restocking fee will apply.
