Olympic Resurfacer + Sealant in One, Tintable Base 3.37L

MAX Resurfacer + primer + sealant offers 100% acrylic high-performance coating over the surfaces up to 75 sq. ft in two coats per gallon. It is great for covering wood/concrete cracks up to 1/4 in. This alcohol-like odor resurfacer + primer + sealant allows to create barefoot friendly textured and slip-resistant finish on surfaces. It provides waterproofing protection and also allows to lock down splinters. It helps to create three-way mildew and algae-resistant coating, thereby helping to prevent mildew fungus growth on the surface. This resurfacer + primer + sealant requires a dry time of 6 hours for second coat and 48 hours for final coat. It has 200 deg F flash point and withstands boiling temperature of 212 deg F. It comes in a container of size 3.37 L.
